Career Fair 2024
The Career Fair at ±¬ÁϹ«Éç provides the perfect opportunity to connect with industry professionals, explore future career prospects, and ignite our students' passion for hospitality management. Last year, a total ofÌý32 industry partners, 365 interviews, 75 interviewers, 71 students and an average of 5 interviews per student were established during the event.
As part of the event, students will have the chance to participate in on-the-spot interviews, ensuring each of them will have valuable interactions to showcase their skills and build connections. The fair will facilitate students in networking with industry leaders, setting the stage for promising future career prospects.
Global Hospitality & Leisure Summit 2024 (GHLS)
With a particular focus on large-scale destination projects and mega-investments, the summit seeked to investigate the key factors contributing to their success, while assessing the sociocultural and environmental factors. It also discussed strategies to address destination renewal and diversification challenges. The summit equipped participants with a comprehensive toolkit for developing tourism clusters in destinations.
Best practices for Al and digital transformation projects, including strategic benchmarking, sustainability considerations, and ethical and legal aspects associated with Al implementation, was also a key focus.
Investigating the synergy between integrated resorts, destination regeneration, and sustainability shed light on potential challenges and opportunities. By examining the balance between economic growth and environmental responsibility, the conference contributed to informed decision-making in tourism and hospitality.
Future Leaders Challenge
As a founding partner of the Future Leaders Challenge (FLC) alongside GameChangers Community and Hilton Middle East and Africa (MEA), we were proud to host the Live Finale Event of the MEA FLC once again on our campus.
We welcomed around 130 students and faculty from 24 hospitality and tourism schools across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This event aimed to engage students in addressing critical industry challenges, enhancing talent development, and fostering collaboration between industry leaders within the region.
Through this platform, students from various countries confronted industry challenges and embraced their full potential in becoming Future Leaders.
