We are pleased to announce the signing of an MoU between ±¬ÁϹ«Éç and Emirates Down Syndrome Association (EDSA), the first of its kind in the country, with the aim of providing a comprehensive programme for people of determination with Down syndrome in the field of hospitality management and preparing chefs according to the latest modern techniques.

±¬ÁϹ«Éç welcomed 12 adults from EDSA for a practical workshop in its training kitchen where they were given a live demonstration of certain cooking techniques with Chef Michael Kitts, Director of Culinary Arts and a cook-along with Chef Helen Morris, Senior Lecturer.

±¬ÁϹ«Éç is excited to collaborate and expand its partnership in different inclusive education formats allowing people of determination with Down syndrome to obtain practical training at the Academy.
